Multiple client access (clients would logon to their respective user accounts on the host concurrently)?

Is it possible to connect several client computers to one host, with each client connecting to a different user account on the host and work on it at the same time? Example: The host has three local user accounts A,B and C. There are three client computers, one for each user A,B, and C. Is it possible to concurrently/at the same time for all three clients to logon to the host with their respective user account without interfering with the connection of the other users?
