Is my PC 32 bit or 64 bit?

I want to install the offline version of BlueStacks on my Windows PC. When I was trying to download it, it gave me the option to download 32-bit or 64-bit. But I don't know what my PC is. How do I know it? please help!

There is a post in  Fileion's blog section about how you may know which system type (64-bit or 32-bit) you are using.
